Friendly welcome upon arrival. Nice clean room with a good view of sea. Plenty of coffee and tea etc in room replenished as required. Good choice for breakfast daily and well cooked breakfast presented byowner each morning comfortable beds in our twin room useful car park at rear. Excellent stay would recommend for staying in Llandudno and visiting theatre venue Cymru.

We had a lovely stay at the Kendrick. Room was clean and bright. Comfy Bed.Breakfast was cooked fresh and tasted delicious.Our hosts were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble.

Even though we only stayed for one night at The Kendrick, everything was top notch,the room was lovely in decor and a very comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I first stayed at The Kendrick in November last year and had such a wonderful experience that I knew I had to come back for an end-of-summer stay. Once again, Nathan, the owner and host, was amazing, welcoming us with his signature warmth and friendliness. The breakfasts are a real treat – a fantastic selection of fresh, locally-sourced food to set you up for the day.The location is perfect too, right on the seafront, making it easy to explore everything Llandudno has to offer. Nathan was very welcoming from the moment we arrived and he is clearly passionate about The Kendrick. A beautifully furnished room with a fantastic view of the sea. Breakfast was very good and the service excellent. The location of The Kendrick is very convenient for a number of local restaurants and it is a shortish walk to the centre of town.We will certainly return next time we visit Llandudno.

We had a lovely time at the Kendrick. Nathan and his team were super friendly. The room was decorated so beautifully (we stayed in room 9), and it was very clean. The breakfast in the morning was also very tasty, with lots of options and it came out very quickly. Nothing bad to say about this hotel, we will be visiting again in the future. We had a great 4 night stay. The welcome, the room and the breakfast were perfect. The situation immediately onto the wide, flat promenade is ideal and a pleasant stroll to the busier area near the pier.There really was nothing that fell short, even the weather was kind to us. Nathan is such a fabulous host we felt like part of his extended family.

We’re not B&B users generally so, this last minute booking was not our normal accommodation choice but the photos were good and the price very attractive for one night.We were greeted with a very friendly owner who made us welcome even though we were early. Lovely very clean room and great breakfast choices and quality.So, pleased we stayed. The owners should be very proud of their achievements in such a short time trading.Excellent and we will return.

What a lovely B&B the Kendrick is, it's well cared for with a lovely front garden to sit out on a nice evening. Our room was the Superior double with a huge bay window overlooking the width of Llandudno bay. Everything is spotlessly clean and well cared for. The dog free room was a winner for us as we refuse to stay in "pet friendly" hotels or B&B'S anywhere.The walk into the centre is around 10 mins down the flat promenade.Breakfast is lovely with a nice choice.Nathan the host was charming and welcoming.Certainly return.

Just had a lovely 4 day stay at the Kendrick. We stayed in room 2 with a lovely bay window overlooking the sea front. Hotel was spotless and the owner and staff were on call at all times if you needed any help. Would definitely recommend for a stay and also free parking outside.

Met at the door by Nathan who from the word go could not do enough for my wife and myself. Shown to our room and baggage delivered.Room 2 has a sea view and leaves nothing to be desired, it is well presented and clean. Tea/Coffee etc is readily available 24hrs daily if you run out in your room.Clever way of ordering breakfast the day before.Nathan is the perfect host who takes pride in what he does and could not do enough for his guests taking pride in all he does.Thank you Nathan and your backup crew.Definitely a return visit in envisaged.

We had a warm welcome, clean room with a lovely view, good breakfast and very helpful staff.

Beside the relaxing atmosphere, nice decor, and comfortable bed and bedding, we were most impressed with the staff there. From the moment of entering the venue to the last minute before leaving, the consistent warmth and readiness to serve has been touching. Nathan’s genuine care made our stay a really memorable one. His suggestions for places to visit did make our trip very special. We saw quite a number of seals, including a baby, at the Angel Bay, which we knew nothing about when we arrived at Llandudno. Instead of the places we originally planned to go, we visited the 150 year old Bodnant Garden and were just at the best time to see the Laburnum Arch in full bloom. Would definitely stay at the Kendrick and introduce it to my friends and family.

From the minute you arrive and are welcomed by the owner it’s like home from home, nothing is to much trouble!I love how you choose your breakfast time to suit you and tick what you want on your plate so no waste, everything cooked to perfection, even for someone like my wife who hates a runny egg!Beautiful clean and comfortable room with lovely soft white towels, we have stayed there twice now and wouldn’t go anywhere else, adults only so peaceful and relaxed!Would highly recommend 10/10

Celebrating 40 years of marriage.We stayed for 2 nights in a room overlooking Llandudno Bay.We were greeted by the host who was so friendly and helpful at all times.Lovely room with everything needed and more.Everything spotless.Bed comfortable and a small table with comfortable chairs positioned to make the most of the view.Lovely toiletries provided.Hospitality tray good. We would both definitely stay here again.Breakfasts were excellent and with a great choice. Bottled water available at any time.Small fridge in room where we were able to store the wine we had brought.Parking was easy and we were able to leave the car and walk to the pier and to town.

Had a wonderful first time stay in Llandudno at the Kendrick! The room and building were very clean and Nathan greeted us at the door as we arrived and made sure we were all checked in and explained everything for us. We were very quickly able to get into our room and settle in and had plenty of room to store our bags, a working radiator, and the bathroom was a perfect size especially the shower which had great water pressure! The bed and room was very comfy and the breakfast was lovely, we had the Eggs Benedict on our first morning and it was lovely! Was also able to borrow drinking glasses and herbal teas as needed which was perfect for the evening. Was very easy to get parking on the street out front and for free as well, and only a 15/20 minute walk to either the pier and Great Orme or the Little Orme. So happy and felt very lucky that we were able to book in and have already recommended it to friends! Thank you for making our weekend more wonderful!

This was our second visit, we have over the past twenty years visited Wales once or twice a year, staying in a variety of hotels and self-catering flats, but The Kendrick is by far our favourite. What a fantastic find! Nathan is friendly and welcoming, the perfect host. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. This Wonderful B&B is well located close to everything you need. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We had a sea view room with breakfast. Nathan owns the hotel and from the moment we arrived he was most welcoming. Our room was immaculate, a very comfortable bed and pillows. We slept very well here. Parking at the rear and the front is free. The breakfasts were delicious and you can choose what you’d like the day before. It’s always on time.Nathan is so friendly and no task is too small. The Kendrick is a lovely hotel with a welcoming host. We had a beautifully designed, comfortable room with a gorgeous view of the sea. Breakfast was delicious every morning and we enjoyed chatting with host getting to know him. We hope to stay here again soon; it is a must stay.

What a find! Fabulous hotel. On our arrival Nathan was so welcoming and everywhere was spotlessly clean and homely. The bed was so comfy and the pillows were fabulous (nothing like the usual hard uncomfortable ones you usually get elsewhere)! It was great having some comfy chairs and lots of tea and biscuits in our room to sit and enjoy the view. Breakfast was great with quality products. Can’t wait to return

We first visited the Kendrick 5 years ago and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. At first we were a little apprehensive, when learning it was under new ownership, but it soon became apparent that we needn't be.We were welcomed on arrival by Nathan the new owner, who carried our luggage to the room. The room was impeccably furnished and scrupulously clean.Nathan was always available to answer our queries and help whenever necessary.We hope to return soon and would recommend this venue to everyone.PS; The breakfasts are excellent.

Me and my wife stayed at the Kendrick in July. The room was spacious and comfy, had lovely sea view and 2 chairs to sit and admire the view. The breakfasts was delicious, all high quality produce. At the front of the hotel is great sitting out area where you can relax. Best of all was the owner Nathan, he would always go that but further to help in any way. I can recommend this hotel to any couples wanting a relaxing top notch stay in Llandudno.

Would just like to say this place is outstanding. The place is immaculate and a credit to Nathan.I would go as far as to say its the best guest house we have ever stayed at.The breakfast is outstanding and so much choice. Pre ordering the day before we found to be perfect.We even sent a few hours sat outside the front enjoying the sea view and having a few beers from the bar.Everything from a warm welcome to a lovely goodbye. Nothing was too much trouble.The Kandrick is quite a way from the pier and the town centre, although on a sunny day it is a beautiful walk a long the front. For people with walking difficulties there is a bus stop literally around the corner and buses are so regular allday.Thank you Nathan and your staff we loved our stay.Do mot hesitate to book this place you will not be disappointed.

We have had a wonderful time in Llandudno at the Kendrick Hotel. Nathan the owner was very attentive and made us very welcome,the breakfast was very good and there was plenty of it. If you are looking for an adult only hotel this is the place for you.

We have stayed at many guest houses in llandudno and they were all good but the Kendrick is by far the best we have used. The accommodation offers stunning views across the bay and your hosts Nathan and Christina clearly want you to enjoy your stay at their guest house, they are extremely polite and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The guest house is spotlessly clean and very well decorated throughout. Our room was spacious with all amenities you require. The bed was comfortable furnished with quality linen and towels. The shower was excellent, spacious enough with constant hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of choices for all tastes and quality local products were used. We will definitely use the Kendrick again on our next visit to llandudno.

Top place to stay great location rear car park breakfast 👌 😋 was first class we swaped our mountain veiw with double bed fir see view with twin single beds and was a tight fir both of us lol our fault as we git king bed at home lol and been 65 and 60 a silly thing to do on our part they offered to put us in another room on arrival but we declined the kind offer but git used to them I would highly recommend the kendrick to anyone it's first class and faultless in all departments down to the couple that run it thank you for a fantastic stay regards warren and Gill

We all enjoyed our stay . We were make very welcome in a friendly atmosphere. It was clean and tidy and quiet for a good nights sleep, we found parking was no problem and parked on street all though they have a car park, the breakfast there was a good choice and I was in for a treat with gluten free food.. Great location overlooking the promenade towards the quieter end of Llandudno bay. Hotel was very clean and comfortable, Andy and Kelly were very friendly, on hand to help if needed but happy to leave you to relax in peace. Excellent breakfast with good range of options. Weekend stay, wonderful location not far from the theatre. We had a lovely sea view room recently decorated. Perfect. House friendly welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Locally sourced ingredients for breakfast best poached eggs we've had in a long time. Highly recommend great value for money.

We spent 3 nights at the Kendirick and had a lovely stay. We had a sea view room which was really wonderful, waking up in the morning and laying in bed watching the sea was so lovely, it was very clean, tea & coffee facilities, lovely en-suite shower room. Breakfast was amazing, you had to fill in a form the night before which wasn’t a big deal for us. It was about a Mike walk on the promenade down to the town which we loved but if you have mobility issues this may be problem. Over all we had a lovely stay and would definitely return x

Arrived at Llandudno Saturday 28th May 2022, the first time we have been to this part of Wales. Very impressed, but must say more impressed with "The Kendrick" Guesthouse. We arrived and was welcomed, advice given as and well asked for, introduction to rooms fully given and the cleanliness was explained by the room itself. Andy and Kelly, who own The Kendrick,have a goal to provide visitors with First Class Services and believe me this service was provided also for Breakfast, which was magnificent, it provided good quality food, choice of wanted or not wanted, so you get what you want not what they want you to have and on top of all this the quality of cooking standards as well as service were outstanding. Lovely two nights staying at the Kendrick.The hotel has recently been fully refurbished and it shows. Warm comfortable twin room with modern double glazing. We both slept really well.Our hosts could not have been any better.It won’t be long until our next visit to Llandudno and we won’t be staying anywhere other than the Kendrick.Thank you for a lovely weekend and see you next time.

The Kendrick is a lovely welcoming guest house with Kelly and Andy as the fantastic new hosts. An excellent host, full of useful guidance regarding the local area, where to visit and where to eat. A pleasant room with wonderful view and decor. There was also a snall bar which we appreciated after arriving in the late evening. We will definitely be back at this trendy, boutique style B & B.

We stayed at The Kendrick for two nights in room 8 with a sea view, the room was spotlessly clean and decorated/designed beautifully with the most comfortable bed and pillows and we loved the rainfall shower. The breakfasts were really good and very tasty (the smoked salmon and scrambled egg was delicious). Absolutely loved this accommodation. Spotlessly clean, food delicious, hosts Kelly and Andy couldn’t do enough for us. I booked twin room sea view, room was brilliant and view amazing. Great attentive hosts, very quiet guest house where you wouldn't know anyone else was in the building! We spent hours sitting in the bay window watching the world go by. Very clean throughout and nice modern decor in our room with excellent en suite.

We stayed at the Kendrick for 2 nights the hosts were fantastic very helpful and polite, the breakfast was freshly made and was very good.We had 2 elderly people with us and because the hotel was just over a mile from the town centre we were booking taxis to go everywhere which became a financial item. Also if the weather is poor there is nowhere to sit and relax and perhaps read a newspaper it would be a case of staying in your room.The bed was comfortable and the showers room was good.Overall it was a good place to stay.

Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was lovely, very clean, comfy bed and we loved being able to sit in comfy seats near the window and admire the sea view. Wide range of choices at breakfast, and everything we had was really tasty.

A warm welcome, comfortable room and high standards of cleanliness at a very reasonable price. There is no view worth the name from Room 1 but neither is there any road/traffic noise so that's a fair trade-off. A nourishing breakfast with a good choice starts the day in a light and roomy dining room. We liked it all.

Stayed at the Kendrick for 2 nights Room was well laid out plenty of space and in good decorative order. The breakfast can be as large as you would like from just cereal to the bumper Welsh full breakfast. The landlady and landlord were very helpful and provided us with a very comfortable stay.

Very clean and comfortable B&B.Room was on the ground floor which is great for a chap with knee problems. Breakfast was first class. Hosts are welcoming and friendly.I would stay again no problem.

Good choices for breakfast..full Welsh, salmon on toast, juice, yoghurt, etc. Central to everything..the beach in front, town centre on the back road, good choices of restaurantswithin walking distance. My wife and I spent 11 nights here for our main 2021 holiday. The Superior Room was spacious and comfortable. The quality of the mattress ensured we slept well.Andy and Kelly looked after us well, and the breakfasts were good quality.We like the table setting arrangement which was carefully thought out beforehand to ensure as many as possible got to enjoy the 'sea view'.We shall stay again. Parking was not an issue generally as we used the car park at the rear. Thank you for a great holiday.

Stayed for 2 nights in room number 7. Bathroom was very nice which had been refurbished with all mod cons. Direct on the promenade and only 15 minutes light stroll to the centre. Choice of breakfast items was more than ample and was cooked to perfection. Andy and Kelly where very warm hosts with a welcome smile and accommodated my breakfast time request at the 11th hour. We wish them the best of luck in their new venture and we will not hesitate to go back or recommend them for the place to stay in Llandudno.

We had a two night stay and everything was perfect. The guest house is spotlessly clean, the food was delicious and Kelly and Andy were so friendly and helpful. Our room was just lovely with a sea view that was a joy to wake up to. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Stayed at the kendrick Saturday 28th for 3 nights, got a free car parking spot at the rear, but free parking outside the hotel, greeted by kel & andy who have only been the new owners for a couple of weeks, we had room 2 a superior sea view room very clean large room a comfortable bed all tea n coffee facilities in the room, lovely large power shower with complementary toiletries, they have a fully stocked bar, they also have staggered breakfast times so guests feel safe with covid restrictions in place, breakfast was fantastic a menu you fill in and a huge selection to suit everyone, the walk into town & the pier about 10 to 15 minutes walk, overall kel & andy made us feel very welcome, we would highly recommend this hotel

The host Kelly & Andy where fantastic. The room was clean and the view of the sea & mountains from the window was great even better with the binoculars.breakfast was spot on great choices. We went to order a taxi back to the Train station.it was going to take around 25/30 minutes to arrive. Andy drive us there instead of waiting which was great of him. Would recommend it to anyone. Down side is it's around 15/20. Minutes walk to town centre. But if it's a nice day walking along the sea front is refreshing and nice. And keeps you fit. Most definitely go there again

This was a very comfortable hotel with a lovely sea view room. We had everything we needed and there were exceptional safeguards against covid problems. Would highly recommend anyone staying here….it’s in a great location and no problem parking the car. Breakfast was good and hot and we could have extra toast and drinks of required. Look forward to returning as soon as possible.

Just returned from our first stay at the Kendrick, lovely comfortable place to stay, the hosts are very welcoming always with a smile on their faces. The host's are friendly and nothing is any trouble. The accommodation is clean and tidy and well organised measures in place due to covid and dud not feel uncomfortablein the current climate. Quiet place to stay and the breakfast was superb with a great selection on offer. Would recommend and if returning would certainly consider staying again.

What can I say! From the minute we walked through the doors, we were well and truly welcomed. Will and Val could not do enough for you. The rooms were lovely and clean and the little touches that had to be thought of during this pandemic were really thought out. We went with our friends and picked this hotel as it was adults only (we’ve had our kids and they are both adults now so like to be kid free wherever possible). The breakfast was great and because you picked out what you want the day before (again because of pandemic and certain rules) there was no wastage. Would have loved to sit out the flower packed front garden but because of the British weather we were unable to do this. We had a sea view room and they even had binoculars there, which I thought was a nice touch as you could see the ocean liners in the distance. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel, there is nothing they would not do for you.

On arrival a nice warm welcome.the room was clean and homely and had what we needed plenty of tea and coffee and extras to use on the hallway.In the evening we had drinks there was a good selection we had them in the beautiful well kept garden.next morning breakfast was outstanding and a good choice smoked haddock and poached egg were the best I have ever had all the products were of top quality. We will definitely will stay here again.

Lovely one night stay during the recent hot weather. Very friendly hosts and comfortable king bedroom(5), wish we could have stayed longer. Large choice for delicious breakfast, ordered the night before. Only thing missing was some fresh fruit. Beautiful garden with sea view, where we sat & had a drink from the bar before we went out for dinner. Would definitely stay again.

Will and Val are fantastic and ensure you are looked after, breakfast is great. Drinking a nice cool beer on the seafront in their front garden is relaxing.

As returning guests we found Val and Will as accommodating as usual. Location ideal for us, not too far from lovely food places and just across the road from the Promenade. Cooked breakfast and other options available and so filling. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

The welcome we received from Val and Wil was outstanding. From the moment we arrived and shown to our superb room, we knew we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Llandudno. Our room which was a really good size, was spotless, well appointed, and had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts and they were at hand throughout our stay. We made use of their well stocked barand took our drinks out front to Val’s really lovely garden to watch the world go by. Exclusively for adults and peaceful.Breakfast was well organised, cooked fresh and was fantastic. Honestly, you’ll have to look hard to find anywhere else as good as this place in Llandudno. For those few extra pounds, don’t even waste your time looking for another place. We will 100% be back to stay.Thank you for a great stay.

Wow what a lovely place greeted by owners Val and Will who were fantastic hosts.Everything as described clean and well presented .adhering to all covid rules .beds so comfortable rooms of very high standard sea view which was great especially for the spectacular sunrises.The facilities excellent great onsuite with power shower.Tea and coffee facilities and fresh supplies when needed.The breakfast was so tasty ,fresh and plentiful with replacements of tea coffee and toast throughout .we would definitely recommend the Kendrick to everyone .we were lucky with the weather so were able to sit in the garden which we must add stands out with the beautiful array of flowers and comfortable seating plus the added bonus of being on the seafront .Thankyou Val and Will for a wonderful stay ????

It was a fair walk into the town centre from our B&B. We had a room looking over the back which was nice and quiet. The front garden and seating area was so full of flowers it was fabulous and colourful. The room was spacious and very clean with lots of extras.5? breakfast every morning too. It's a ????from me.

Lovely welcome by Val and Will. We were on the 2nd floor with a lovely sea view. Room was clean and comfy with tea/coffee making facilities. The pier was about a 20 minute walk from The Kendrick along the promenade, really enjoyable on a nice day. Breakfast was delicious and very filling. Safety measures were spot on too. Would stay there again for sure.

We stayed at the Kendrick for 3 nights in September and had a thoroughly pleasant stay. Such a clean & well looked after Guest House.The breakfast is OUTSTANDING and I love the fact you can choose what you want and cooked to perfection.There is a lovely garden at the front of the property that is filled with beautiful flowers,the seating area is relaxing and perfect for relaxing day or night. just returned from the Kendrick,Will and Val were wonderful hosts and couldn't do enough for us,our room was clean and comfortable the breakfast was amazing with lots of choice,the covid rules put in place made us feel safe to be there and they have the best front garden to sit and enjoy a drink,will definitely recommend this b/b to friends and hopefully will return in the future

We spent three nights at The Kendrick and couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice.We were welcomed warmly and the room exceeded our expectations.Everything was spotlessly clean, hand sanitiser was available at the entrance, and the view of the sea from our room was fantastic.Val and Will made us feel at home; they were so friendly and knowledgeable about the area.As an added bonus there isa lovely front garden for guests to sit in and relax with a drink. Every morning we ate a freshly prepared cooked breakfast; which didn’t disappoint. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again next year.

Lovely Guest House on the sea front.Perfect location for us as it was during the school holidays and we didn’t want to be in the busy end of the bay. Adults only which was also a bonus at that time of year.Very clean room with a lot of attention to detail and many useful extras ....A lovely comfy bed, nice bedding and soft thick towels only added to the pluses for this guest house ....Breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice to suit all tastes.A gorgeous garden area at the front of the property to sit and look at the sea and have a glass of wine at the end of the day was perfect ....The hosts were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble they went out of their way to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one ....We would highly recommend to our friends and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if we were up that way in the future

Breakfast was excellent and with the covid restrictions placed upon us it was an order the night before and you had a specific time allocated to you, which was no problem as its always better to be safe in these strange times....Definitely stay again, very nice hosts and a lovely place...

Just returned from a four day stay at the Kendrick, first time in Llandudno & first time at the Kendrick but will not be the last , from the moment you walk in Will & Val make you feel at home , lovely couple , nothing is to much trouble. Social distancing & cleanliness could not fault . Our room was lovely bay window looking out to sea really really nice , very clean & tidy through out the Kendrick, breakfast was lush wasn’t hungry till tea time , everyone was catered for it was lovely.we definitely be returning, thankyou Will & Val for such a enjoyable stay in these very uncertain times xx

What a wonderful experience. If you need a break, look no further. Our hosts, Will and Val, made us feel so welcome. The hotel was spotless and very comfortable. We woke up every morning, sat in bed with a cuppa, literally looking out to sea. People around the world pay a small fortune to allow themselves this view, yet you can have it at The Kendrick! The sumptuous breakfast menu is similar to what you would find at large 5 star establishments. On an evening you can sit and relax with a drink in their award winning garden. We returned home feeling we had been thoroughly spoilt. We cant wait to book ourselves another visit. I am sure after your your stay, you will feel the same too.

Had a lovely short break, staying at the Kendrick in Llandudno. Val and Will, our hosts were very friendly and looked after us so well. The Kendrick is situated on the sea front and provides beautifulviews of the sea, Great Orme and Little Orme. Really enjoyed sitting in their garden at the front having a beer and chilling out with Val and Will and the other guests in the evening. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely go there again.

I can not recommend this wonderful B&B highly enough- despite the current restrictions Val and Will could not have done any more to make our short stay as good as it was. Nothing was too much trouble and I hope that their return to business is as successful as they deserve.

We enjoyed our weekend at Kendrick. This was our first visit and we were given a warm welcome from Will and Val. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of tea and coffee and complementary chocolates. The breakfast was hot and tasty, with plenty of tea/coffee and toast to finish. Have recomended Kendrick to friends.

I booked The Kendrick for my parents after reading such good reviews. They have returned with nothing but praise for the place. Spotlessly clean, lovely bedrooms, great breakfast and fanastic view from their window. They would definately return.

A lovely well kept property and managed extremely well by our hosts Val and Will. Our top floor king size deluxe room was spacious and boasted a fantastic walk in shower.It was quiet with great mountains views.There was a choice of cooked breakfast, cereal, yoghurt and fruit or a lighter fish option. The sausages were so very tasty and not to be missed.When next in Llandudno we plan to stay there and would highly recommend it. Thanks

You do not intend to spend much time in a room when on holiday. Nice to have a nice clean room to return to. But at the Kendrick you are looked after as well made a huge difference changed a good break into an excellent one

We had a very warm welcome from will who showed us to our room.we stayed in room 2 on the first floor which was clean and had everything we needed. Wonderful views of the bay topped it off. The bathroom was large and modern with little extras.Val cooked a gorgeous breakfast,there was also cerial, friuts yoghurt ect. We would definatley stay again.

The rooms were very well appointed, I loved the touch of incluing a pair of Binoculars in the room. Owners were very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. Would definitely stay again if in the area and would recommend.

We had initially booked for 2 nights but as soon as we saw the room and view and what the town had to offer booked a 3rd night. Lovely hosts ,the breakfasts were great and the room was so lovely with a comfortable bed and nice big fluffy towels and a fab views.Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kendrick Hotel. On arrival we were warmly welcomed to the hotel and then quickly shown to our room. The room was clean, comfortable and very peaceful - just what we wanted. The breakfast was delicious in every respect and served in a friendly atmosphere. Overall we thought the hotel was excellent. One small issue was the wifi signal which was weak and unreliable. It didn't bother us which is why I didn't report it - the weather was good so we spent most of our time out exploring Snowdonia. We hope to visit the Kendrick again one day.

This guest house is by far the best that we have stay in and in our opinion better service and amenities that is in a 4 star hotel.The hosts Will and Val excel at what they do frommaking your stay like a visit to a friend as well as being knowledgeable about the area. We stayed in a sea viewroom which made our stay the more pleasurable and the bed was very comfortable and the sheets and towels provided were of excellent quality. We were most impressed with the extra touches i.e. bath robes, tissues and even a shaver. The breakfast selection is outstanding as is the quality of the food and service. Our poached eggs are the best we have tasted for a long while.I recommend this establishment to anyone who wants a stay they will remember but for all the right reasons. Keep up the excellent work.

Stayed 2 nights over Bank Holiday weekend - booked late and this was one of the last places with rooms avaialble. No need to look next year as we will be very happy to return. This is a fantastic place to stay in Llandudno - it is a top class B and B with many of the furnishings etc being being better than most hotels. The bathroom and shower were especially impressive. The breakfasts were also fantastic with several items such as smoked haddock and kippers being above what you would expect at a B&B.Stayed to do some hill walking in Snowdonia and watch Glamorgan at near by Colwyn Bay - if they play there in 2019 would be re booking to stay here with out hesitation!

We had a lovely room overlooking the prom with flat screen tv, hairdryer and wifi and newly refurbished shower room. Great Welsh breakfast, or if preferred smoked haddock and poached egg or smoked salmon and scrambled egg and of course the usual fruits and cereals. Friendly and Welcoming hosts.

Great location for getting into and around Llandudno (especially for the Theatre). Spotlessly clean room with a nice view of the promenade. it was the first time in llandudno ,the kendrick guest house is a well run very cleanand well furnished place to stay .the breakfast (welsh)was very good and plenty of choice and all fresh.it is a good base to explore the area.its a good walk into town but well worth it

What a gem, fantastic b&b run by a truly friendly and helpful couple. Clean rooms, great facilities with that homely touch. The hospitality and breakfasts are second to none. Located about a mile from the town centre, good walk along the prom will bring you to the main area but there are many shops and restaurants along the way. Hotel has small amount of parking at rear but plenty of free parking outside. Thre is a bar and seating area in the lobby as well as outside. Prices are excellent so is the service.

The host and hostess were very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable, very clean and decorated to a high standard with a great attention to detail and taste.The en suite was spacious and very clean too, very smart, I have never seen such a posh mirror with a digital clock and led lights! The breakfasts were delicious.Everything was perfect and I can't recommend this guest house highly enough. Oh, and of course a spectacular view of the sea from our room

Went to Llandudno for a few days rest and recuperation after my husbands heart surgery.We loved the Kendrick the position was good but not too near the main hub. Right on the beach front. Room was very clean and comfy beds. breakfast was 5 star.

Just got back from having spent 3 days with Will and Val at th Kendrick. Nothing was to much trouble, with Will booking us in at Mama Rosa's Italian restaurant. Breakfast was more than enough to keep us going all day. Room was very comfortable and clean shower in ensuite was wonderful. Great views across the bay. Would recommend highly.

The moment we stepped in The Kendrick we knew it would be good. On first meeting the owners we knew nothing would be too much trouble for them . The room was spotless and bright and airy with a lovely sea view. The bathroom was obviously new with a lovely rainforest shower, that again was gleaming. There was so much choice on the breakfast menu that anyone who complains would be impossible to please. There was fresh fruit salad, cereal, and fully cooked. you didn't just choose which one you wanted you could have it all And the cooked food was all cooked to order and perfection. We really couldn't fault the Kendrick hotel in anyway. Our only problem was that we were onlystaying the one night on our way through Llandudno . But we will definately be staying again next time we are in the area. A true Jewel in the Crown for Llandudno.

Just had another amazing 5 day break at the Kendrick. Will & Val go out of their way to make sure you have every thing you need. The rooms are all sparkling clean, with lovely crisp white bed linen. My husband and i stayed in room six, it has a good a sea view, a lovely ensuite, with nice fluffy white towels & a king size bed. Drinks tray is replenished every day and should you need more, there are extras of everything on each landing for you to help yourselves.Vals breakfasts are amazing and will makes sure you want for nothing. The Kendrick is on the sea front, has free parking, and is also in a really good spot, within walking distance to the town and lots of eating places. Val and Will really deserve top marks for the Kendrick and their hospitality. This is an excellent guest house.

Had a weekend here,my wife and I have been to many hotels in Llandudno this was one of the better ones.Our room was clean and had a comfy bed,the breakfast was one of the best ones I have had,Will and Val were great hosts,loved it.

Good room, very clean and comfortable. Will was really helpful in suggesting and booking places for us to have our evening meal. Lovely front garden to sit and relax with a glass of wine from the bar after a busy day. Excellent for parking too.

Although our stay at The Kendrick was short (2 days) I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience there.Our room was amazing with a spectacular view of the ocean and the cliffs at both ends of the bay.Will and Val were extremely helpful and provided excellent advice on how best to spend our limited time.The breakfast was outstanding and made for a perfect start to the day.I would recommend The Kendrick to anyone planning a visit to northern Wales!

We had an epic weekend in Llandudno and a big part of that was down to the accommodation and the owners of the Kendrick. They were extremely helpful, kind and considerate. On top of that, the breakfast was amazing. The accommodation was very clean and modern; everything we could have hoped for. I would highly recommend the Kendrick to anyone heading across that way.

Will & Val were wonderful hosts. Breakfasts were great with an abundance of choice. Excellent position not far from the centre with parking available nearby. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, nicely decorated with thoughtful little touches. The bathroom newly modernised. The view was spectacular but net curtains would have been appreciated at times. All in all a brilliant stay. Highly recommended.

My wife and I spent a couple of nights here. It is clean, tidy, welcoming and the breakfast is excellent. Would use again. Allows my wife to enjoy a early morning walk on the beach while I enjoy an extra hour in bed! Good base for the region.

We really enjoyed our stay of three nights at The Kendrick. Felt very at home from the outset because Will and Val made us feel more like friends than guests! Consistently good breakfast everyday and lots of local info available to help you decide what to see and where to eat. Had read that parking might be difficult but we were able to find a space in the car park or on the nearby residential road without any problems. Would book again in future.

3 ladies stayed for 3 nights in a triple room. Lovely room and bathroom all very clean and comfortable.Breakfast was good with a good choice of menu served freshly cooked and hot to a very good standard. Unlimited tea and coffee in the room and all day access to the room was good.Friendly service from the owners who could be personally contacted by phone and are very helpful.Enjoyed our stay but were disappointed with the weather!!!

Friendly and helpful propriators - nothing was too much trouble. Responded promptly to my request for gluten free options for breakfast and I was not disappointed. There was a good variety of cooked options, all of which were cooked to order and the products used were of very good quality. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The owners had even taken the trouble to put complementary gluten free biscuits in the room. We very much enjoyed our stay at The Kendrick and would thoroughly recommend.

We have just stayed at the Kendrick for 3 nights this week. We do quite a lot of travelling and we have never been made so welcome at a hotel, Will and Val were sitting waiting for us with a smile in their reception area. We felt like we were visiting family. The bedroom was beautiful, infact the whole of the hotel was, immaculate. Breakfast was brilliant. In the evening before we went out to eat we would sit and have a drink outside in the lovely garden chatting to Will and Val. The couple who run the kendrick were lovely, they made us as a young couple feel very welcome. Helped us out with our activities and introduced us to two brilliant restraunts which we would have never known about. Oh and the breakfast was amazing with a wide selection of cereals, tea, coffee and a cooked breakfast. I was stuffed! Will be staying at the kendrick again that's for sure

The Kendrick is in a lovely position on the promenade. The hosts are brilliant and can't do enough for guests. I travelled with a friend and our bedroom was lovely and very comfortable. The ensuite was first class, with the softest & thickest towels, and hot water available at all times. The breakfast is great and sets you up for the day. The hosts can help with places to go and places to eat. I look forward to staying again.

Just spent two nights at The Kendrick.The weather was fantastic, hot and sunny with fabulous sunsets over Llandudno Bay. Our lovely bedroom, with bay window overlooking the Bay, was spotless with all the comforts of home. The new bathroom and shower were just perfect. Our hosts Val and Will were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast second to none. Would definitely recommend this guest house. First class.

where to begin? We had a very warm greeting on arrival and were promptly shown to our beautiful sea view room. We loved the wine glasses and binoculars that were strategically placed on the table in the window to enjoy the panoramic views. We slept extremely well in our comfortable beds but the lure of breakfast was hard to resist and we weren't disappointed! Served piping hot after we helped ourselves to a selection of fresh fruit cereals yoghurts and fruit juice breakfast was amazing and the produce was all good quality. After that substantial breakfast we retired to the pretty flower filled garden at the front until we felt we could move! We originally booked for 3 nights but managed to book another night we really didn't want to leave! Will and Val are Mr & Mrs accommodating ,genuine friendly and welcoming nothing is too much trouble - we WILL be back. (sorry Will & Val)

We stayed 4 nights at this guest house, which was fantastic. I was persuaded by my partner as I prefer hotels to guest houses. I was pleasantly surprised. The owners Will and Val.....superb couple, they couldn't do enough for you to help in any way. Always had smiles on their faces and made you feel extremely welcome.The breakfast was of the highest standard from the producte used to how the breakfast was presented on your plate. The Kendrick was immaculately clean, it was light, bright and airy. The bed was very comfortable with lots of different lighting in the room including overhead fan, should you require .......It was perfect!Will I return to The Kendrick? 100% yes!! Llandudno was also enjoyable, unfortunately for us the weather was not on our side, but it didn't jeopardise our mini break in any way.

Val & Will were very welcoming and very friendly, My mum has trouble climbing stairs and even though we were allocated on the top floor Val quickly solved this and moved our room so my mum wouldn't have to climb the stairs. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely house very clean and beds very comfy. Loved the sea view at breakfast. We stayed for an early Summer break abd have found a hidden gem. Very clean and comfortable room with an excellent breakfast. Definitely one we shall revisit in the future

An ideal choice for people looking for a quiet, relaxed stay by the sea. The recently refurbished bathroom was superb, with rain shower. The bed was very comfortable and much thought was given to small details; a jug of fresh milk was available on request, and at the copiously provendered breakfast there were seconds of everything if asked for. The Welsh full breakfast was not only generous but classy too, with good quality bacon as advertised. The smoked salmon option was brilliantly prepared too.The hosts are welcoming and generous to a fault. Highly recommended.

Stayed. In Llandudno to revisit old haunts and remind ourselves of lovely memories . Picked the Kenrick due to position near Venue Cymru where we were attending a concert, and availability of bay windowed sea view room. Not disappointed ! Spotless room, (room 2) attentive hosts keen to please and advise on local interest etc. Generous and well cooked breakfasts, bar available if required.Parking round the back or conveniently on the roadside in front . Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a high class and friendly B and B!

The Kendrick is a very good guest house at the quiet end of the resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast menu was first class.Would recommend this hotel for a short break in Llandudno.

This in is located on a lovely bayan interesting area. It is not located in the most congested part of this town but it has many walkable restaurants. We especially enjoyed top restaurant which serves! Chinese food. Be sure to see the great ombre.It is located several mikes away from castle cowry.We stayed two nights but it is easily worth a three night stay. Breakfast was excellent; owners welcoming.

we had a lovely stay here at this very pleasant hotel which was wonderfully looked after by the very nice owners, Very clean and spotlessly cleaned daily, we will probably go here again in the future.

We arrived at 10.30 pm due to the M56 propane tanker explosion. Wil was ready to greet us and supplied some very welcome alcoholic beverages. They make a great couple and cook a brilliant breakfast with very enjoyable banter thrown in. Room very comfortable and very very clean. Can't really say more in praise of it. Our 3rd visit, 2nd time with them, seems to get better each time.

Room exremely clean. Breakfast just what was needed to start the day. Would definitely return when visiting llandudno.

As soon as you entered the hotel we were greeted with smiles and a warm friendly atmosphere. The room was very clean and tidy, the shower was excellent to, the breakfast was plentiful and had many choices and the bar is well stocked.

Although we live in South Wales we had never been to the North so decided on a few days in llandudno as a birthday treat. The Kendrick came up on TripAdvisor so we decided to book. Val and Will were excellent hosts and provided us with lots of useful information about the area . My husband also received a birthday card off them which was a lovely touch. The rooms were newly decorated and very clean and the breakfast choice was fantastic. Would highly recommend this for an ideal break . Perfect!

My cousin and I stayed at the Kendrick for 2 nights and we had a wonderful stay. The owners Will and Val were friendly and welcoming and could not do enough for their guests. The full welsh breakfast was lovely, cooked fresh by Val and served in the lovely sea view dining room by Will. The accommodation was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We had a family sea view room and the view really was spectacular. There is free wifi available throughout the Kendrick, which worked perfectly. We want to say a BIG thank you to Will and Val for making our stay so pleasant. This guest house is a credit to them and we will definitely stay again next time we visit Llandudno.Lesley and Trish

A very good stay, cleanliness of the highest quality. Everything you could ask for at breakfast and more besides. The hosts were charming and nothing was too much trouble for them. Ample free parking which is a bonus. Would definitely visit The Kendrick again. Couldn't fault anything at all.

Decided to go to Llandudno for the day but then decided to stay over for one night.Stayed 14/5 - 15/05 and booked the Kendrick. This is a lovely B&B and was made to feel very welcome by Will and Val as soon as we walked through the door.Even our bags were taken up to the room - excellent service.The room was large and bright and very comfortable. Even though the room was at the back we had a good view of the hills behind.The Kendrick is situated bit further down the prom near the theatre and parking is free.Even though it is a bit further down it is still in a great spot. You can have a lovely walk along the prom towards the town or get a taxi for a few pounds.Breakfast was amazing and plenty of choice.They also have a min bar.Nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely stay again and one not to be missed.Have stayed at one of the larger hotels along the prom and the service at The Kendrick was a lot better.

Just got back from a 2 night stay at the Kendrick. Will & Val are wonderful hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are always on hand to help. They allowed us to eat our take- away on the first night in their dining room and provided plates and cutlery too.They are knowlegeable about the area and advised us to visit Angel Bay to see the seals which we did. The rooms a clean and bright and we had a lovely sea view.They provide tea coffe etc in the rooms and also wine glasses so you can look out at the view with a nice cold glass of wine.The walk to the pier is only around 15 mins and is ideal for walking of their superb breakfast. The quality was exellent. All in all I would highly recommend the Kendrick.

I don't normally recommend places but Val and Will made such an impression on us that it would be wrong not to recommend them. Everywhere was spotless, food was fantastic, nothing was a problem to them. What really impressed us most, though, was the wonderful way they treated young and disabled guests.

Thank you to "Will & Val" the proprietor's of "The Kendrick".A very enjoyable Easter weekend.Val cooks an amazing breakfast and the choices are numerous.They really can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing.Tea & coffee in the bedrooms, hairdryer. Lots of extras that you would expect from a four star.On Easter Sunday morning we all received a cadbury's cream egg!In the evening there is a bar, and again Will and Val are happy to sit and chat.Plenty of free parking,which is a plus because you can leave your car there all weekend and get a taxi for £3.00 from the centre which you would easily pay anyway for a parking space, and not worry if you like to have a drink with your meal!Less

We stayed at the Kendrick before but were totally unprepared for the transformation that had taken place. The welcome was extremely warm and friendly even if we gained entry via the Grafton! The alterations have improved all aspects. The decorating is very tastefully done and room no 2 were we stayed was all we could ask for. Everything about the room was complete for us and the bed very very comfortable. The new owners really make a point of looking after you, nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. The breakfast was all you could want and cooked individually for you from plenty of choices. To sum up brilliant. We will be back. David and Brenda, Halifax.

Wow, after a four hour journey in not the best of weathers what a lovely surprise as we entered the Kendrick, lovely new bar extremely warm welcome from Wil and Val and they had literally just stepped of a plane! The room was spotless and well equipped, attention to detail where ever you look. Superb well presented full welsh breakfast and kippers on day two. To top the lot very attentive very friendly, nothing too much trouble, even went out to buy some marmite!! Well worth a visit, good location with nice chinese and italian restaurants 5 mins away.
